By registering an account, downloading our client, or using any services provided by Minerva TERA Online Private Server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with Minerva, you must be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Each user may maintain only one active account at any time.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Code of Conduct

Users of Minerva TERA Online Private Server must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Treat all players with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Do not use cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
• Do not exploit bugs or glitches. If you discover a bug, please report it through the appropriate channels.
• Do not engage in gold selling/buying or real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or currency.
• Do not impersonate staff members or other players.
• Do not attempt to scam other players or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Do not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content through in-game chat or other communication channels.

4. Donation and Premium Services

Minerva offers optional premium services and accepts donations to support server operation and development.

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Premium items and services are provided as-is with no warranty.
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time.
• Premium benefits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts or players.
• The purchase of premium services does not grant you any ownership rights to game content.

5. Intellectual Property

Minerva is a fan-made private server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official TERA Online game or its publishers.

• All game content, including but not limited to graphics, characters, storylines, and game mechanics, are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
• Minerva does not claim ownership of any original TERA Online content.
• Custom content created specifically for Minerva is the property of Minerva and its development team.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on custom Minerva content without explicit permission.

6. Server Modifications and Character Data

As a private server, Minerva features various modifications to the original game:

• We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, drop rates, skills, and other features.
• Character data, inventory items, and progression may be reset or modified during server maintenance or updates.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but cannot guarantee advance notice in all situations.
• Minerva does not guarantee 24/7 server availability and may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7. Termination of Service

Minerva reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms of Service.

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.
• We may discontinue providing the service at our sole discretion.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
• Accounts inactive for more than 180 days may be deleted without notice.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Minerva, its operators, administrators, moderators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date below. Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified terms.
