How do I download and install the game client?
Visit our Download page and follow the step-by-step instructions. You'll need to download the base TERA client and our custom Minerva patch. Our launcher will handle the rest of the installation process automatically.
I can't connect to the server. What should I do?
First, check if the server is online by looking at the Server Status panel. If it's online, try these steps:
- Restart your launcher and game client
- Check your firewall settings to ensure the game has network access
- Verify your internet connection is stable
- Try connecting using a VPN if your ISP is blocking the connection
If you still can't connect, please create a support ticket with details about your issue.
How do I create or recover my account?
To create a new account, click the "Register Account" button on the homepage. For account recovery, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you still can't access your account, please create a support ticket with your username and the email address you used during registration.

How do I report another player?
To report a player for breaking server rules or inappropriate behavior:
- Take screenshots or record evidence of the violation
- Create a support ticket with the player's name, date and time of incident, and description
- Attach your evidence to the ticket
